How to Look at a Painting

I'm currently reading the brilliant  How to Look at a Painting  by Justin Paton....

  1. Great little book that gives you a little boost of confidence about looking at paintings. Very well written, not a dull moment in the book.

  3. I'm sorry, but I'm a little dense this morning. Is the image the cover of the book, or is the image one of many in the book, or does it have anything at all to do with how to look at a painting???

  4. Robert, it's a bit OTT, but the poster/image is how I feel about many books, and this one too. If people had only one book about art, I would recommend Paton's.
